- “PRF does great work rehabilitating and releasing wild birds.”
I have been lucky enough to be able to attend a couple of events that they have been involved with. Alan is very knowledgeable and experienced and great at sharing his knowledge.
TANYA - “The visit was fun, informative and catered for the children…”
Perfectly encouraging children to have confidence in handling and understand the struggle these beautiful birds face in our modern society. Would highly recommend
JULIE - “What Alan offers is second to none.”
Alan is passionate and extremely knowledgeable and what’s more, he is not a clock watcher. I haven’t spoken about his rehabilitation of wild birds of prey so I would recommend you go and find out for yourself. I will be going back.
MR S WALSH - “We had a great half day with Alan and his birds.”
Firstly, we had a tour of the aviary and were introduced to all his birds – our favourite was Guinevere, a young eagle who couldn’t quite fly and had the run of the garden. Then we went to the training ground, where Alan showed us how to fly a young Kestrel called Moos and Winston the Barn Owl.
MR & MRS WRIGHT - “I highly recommend Alan’s falconry experience. ”
What a special experience Alan offered me last week in spending time with Kia, the beautiful Harris Hawk, flying and hunting through the quiet idyllic Bruton landscape. I was also introduced to and taught about Alan’s other wonderful birds of prey.
